New York Life is a 175 year old Life Insurance company that offers many financial products to consumers including life insurance (term and whole life), annuities, retirement plans, and insurance for businesses. I've been hired to take the lead on UX strategy, prioritizing UX/Visual work for my team (internal and external), ensuring ADA compliance, overseeing research, and optimizing design processes.
